š Fully Fermented TeaĀ (Heicha): This is a post-fermented tea, and it gets its name from the dark, almost black color of the leaves. The dry tea is dark brown or yellowish-brown, and the soup can range from orange-yellow to amber. The brewed leaves are oily and shiny, with a rich, smooth flavor.
