🍃 Oolong Tea: Also called “Qingcha,” it’s a semi-fermented tea, meaning it’s partially oxidized, giving the leaves a slight red tint. It’s somewhere between green and black tea—fresh and strong like green tea, but sweet and smooth like black tea. It’s known for its rich, complex aroma and a unique “aftertaste” (called “yunwei”). The leaves often have a distinct green leaf with red edges.
